Auckland City Rail Link

Flow was responsible for the transport planning phase of this major project which will transform the Auckland city centre.  We prepared the Integrated Transport Assessment to support the Notices of Requirement for the project, and presented transport planning evidence to the Council Hearings in 2013 and the Environment Court Hearings in 2015 and 2017.  This work included an assessment of the traffic effects on roads within the Auckland city centre during construction, and the early stages of the work, along Albert Street, are now underway.

We have been involved in numerous related projects between 2013 and 2018, including assessments of the temporary effects of service relocations along Albert Street, changes within the area of Britomart, including the development of a temporary station, changes to the project around the Mount Eden end of the project, and around the proposed station at Karangahape Road.
