Harry is a Senior Associate at Flow Transportation Specialists Limited with 20 years’ experience in traffic engineering, transport planning, traffic modelling and economics in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Harry has been involved in many regional and local transportation projects that require strategic thinking and complex engineering solutions.

He is skilled in model development and network assessment in response to land use and network changes.

He has experience in feasibility and scheme assessments, preliminary and detailed traffic engineering design for all modes of transport, road safety audits and traffic management plans.  Harry has also undertaken numerous transport assessments for a wide range of developments, attending Council hearings, and successfully assisting them in gaining consent.

This has included new residential subdivisions, streetscape upgrades, new pedestrian and cycle facilities, and intersection upgrades.  Harry has undertaken design of safety focused projects, including intersection upgrades, and improvements for pedestrian and cyclists, and public transport users.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Canterbury University and a Masters of Engineering Studies (Transportation) at Auckland University.

Harry is currently working with Isthmus on the Wynyard Street Masterplan for the University of Auckland.   Harry provided key transport engineering design inputs into the streetscape design of Wynyard Street as part of the Wynyard Street Masterplan.  The project involves re-designing Wynyard Street creating a series of social spaces and promoting a pedestrian friendly environment whilst maintaining occasional service vehicle movements.
