Harry is a trusted Principal Transportation Engineer based in Auckland. Harry has worked on a wide variety of transport planning and engineering projects for private and public sector clients within Auckland, around New Zealand and in Fiji. In particular, Harry is known for preparing integrated transportation assessments and obtaining difficult resource consents. He is highly skilled in transport modelling, traffic surveys, safety assessments and masterplanning.        Harry has also acted as an expert transport witness in Council hearings on behalf of developers, successfully obtaining consents in all cases.
