Sharmin is an experienced engineer and design manager, with strong history of transport planning and transport engineering across a broad range of transport projects. Her experience spans business cases, cycling and bus priority improvements, public transport interchanges, roads and intersection design, passenger transport investigations, analysis and design, cycle network planning, traffic safety, and town centre streetscapes projects.
Sharmin is passionate about working with clients and project teams to solve complex problems, developing robust cases for investment in transport systems, engaging stakeholders from early phases of infrastructure development and taking them along the journey. She enjoys leading challenging projects, developing self and team capability, enabling all to meet their full potential.
