Shaun is a transport planner with over 30 years’ experience. A strong 18-year business start-up civil engineering background coupled with a focus in the last 7 years on technical leadership, multidisciplinary management and project execution.

Shaun has emerged as a leading expert in application and importantly interpretation of
transport modelling outcomes and their relationship to economics and land use. With these skills he has represented clients at High Court and Environment Court assisting with interpretation of modelling outcomes often falling back to civil engineering principles. His current applications are utilising his vision of the future and knowledge of technology in a variety of projects that are purely digital but often translate to physical projects.

Project directorship and team leadership in multidisciplinary organisations provides Shaun with the experience to lead the Flow Canterbury office and participate in national projects utilising his skill set.
